1. General Rules

bdjil is an online gaming platform offering Bangladeshi users a range of entertainment services including live casino, sports betting, slots, and card games. The platform operates using SSL encryption and follows fair play principles.

All bdjil services are intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms.

• Each user may operate only one account.
• Account information must be accurate and complete.
• Account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• Exploiting any technical errors on the platform is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on bdjil, you must provide accurate and complete information. bdjil reserves the right to immediately close any account where false or incorrect information has been provided.

• Active mobile number
• Email address (optional)

Identity Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount, or in cases of any suspicious activity, bdjil may request a copy of a government-issued ID for identity verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3. Age Restriction

bdjil is for individuals aged 21 or older only. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to use this platform.

By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. If it is later proven that a user was under 21, all transactions on that account will be considered void and deposited funds will not be returned.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

bdjil currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdjil offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions. It is recommended that you read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,200 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, you must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

• Once a bonus offer expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus conditions will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• bdjil reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program

Regular users can enjoy additional benefits through the bdjil VIP Program. The VIP tiers are: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, and Diamond — up to 1.0%. Users can progressively advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjil platform. If any such activity is detected, the associated account will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or game engine
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Opening an account or claiming a bonus by providing false information
• Placing bets using third-party funds
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform (any such error should be reported to support immediately)

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bdjil reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of breach of these Terms
• In cases of failure to complete identity verification
• In cases of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion feature)
• When necessary to protect the security and integrity of the platform

Self-Exclusion Feature

Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonuses obtained improperly and associated winnings will be forfeited. However, the original deposited funds will generally be returned, unless they are connected to prohibited activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

bdjil makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, bdjil's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions
• Losses caused by issues with the user's device or software
• Service interruptions due to uncontrollable technical issues
• Technical errors from third-party game providers
• Service downtime during legitimate maintenance

Gaming is an entertainment activity and carries the possibility of financial loss. bdjil advises users to play responsibly and within their means.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Even if any section of these Terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to remain in effect.
• Any dispute relating to these Terms will be resolved through the relevant authorities.
• These Terms as written in Bengali shall be considered the final and definitive version.
